1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern your use of FootMesh, including its website, mobile web experience, accounts, football data and MATCH INTELLIGENCE features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required by applicable law, and capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping access to your email, linked identity provider and active sessions secure.

You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts through impersonation, automation, fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Football analysis — no guaranteed outcome

FootMesh provides data, probabilities, structured evidence and explanatory content for informational and educational use. Football is uncertain. No prediction, probability, scoreline, market signal or AI explanation guarantees an outcome.

The service is not betting, financial, investment or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for complying with laws that apply to you.

4. Data availability and corrections

Fixtures, scores, team information, statistics and analysis may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Where verified prematch analysis was not produced before kickoff, FootMesh may show collected match facts without rewriting a prematch prediction using later information.

We may correct errors, withdraw invalid content, change a model or data source, and suspend a feature when integrity or security checks fail.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• interfere with the service, bypass access or quality controls, or probe protected systems;
• scrape, copy, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission;
• use the service for fraud, harassment, unlawful gambling promotion or infringement;
• submit malicious code, false identity information or content that violates another person’s rights.

6. Your content and saved work

You retain rights in original plans, notes and other content you create. You give FootMesh a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service and features you request.

Do not submit confidential third-party information, credentials, payment information or material you do not have the right to use.

7. Intellectual property and third parties

FootMesh software, design, product names and original analysis presentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Match, league, club, player and provider names, logos and data may belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services, including identity and data providers, may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability, changes and termination

We may update, limit or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that threaten security, violate these Terms or create legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through available account channels.

Promotional access does not promise that a feature will remain free. Any future paid plan will display its price, billing period and applicable cancellation terms before purchase.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free data or a particular sporting result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, FootMesh is not responsible for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from reliance on football analysis.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms with a new effective date. If a material change affects an existing account, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
